Certain movements and cases can come with special features and extra complications
Movement Complications
Day and Date Wheels - Certain movements can have the date or days of the week
Special Second Hand Placements - Some movements can have second hands at 9 or 6 o’clock positions (Seagull ST36 Series)
24 Hour Hand - Certain movements can have an extra hand to show 24 hours (NH39 and ST1655)
Day/Night Wheel
GMT Hand - A fourth hand that shows an extra hour (Meant to be set to a different time zone hour than actual watch)
Case Special Parts
Date Bubble - If you have a date on your watch, you can add an extra piece of glass to magnify it to appear larger
3.8 o’clock Crown or date window
Exhibition Case - An open glass back to see the movement
Diver/GMT Bezel - A turnable bezel that can either have 0-24 for GMT hours, or 0-60 for Bezel
