Important Information
All watches are custom-made to order. Payment information will only be requested after the customer and Innocenti Watch Company LLC finalize all part selections.
Once parts are selected, an invoice will be sent via email (quickbooks@notification.intuit.com) and/or text message. Final pricing is determined by the cost of the selected components.
After the invoice is paid, the parts will be ordered. The watch will be assembled once all parts are received.
The completed watch may take a minimum of 4 weeks to arrive, depending on current order volume and the time of year.
Due to the bespoke nature of these watches, returns are not accepted after parts are ordered, and the assembly process has begun.
Shipping is currently limited to the contiguous United States.
If you are making a purchase outside of Pennsylvania, you may be required to report and remit use tax to your state.
